Job Description :
Seeking Solder Technicians to work in the production department as members of a high quality manufacturing team.
The successful Solder Technicians will be required to have IPC training or certification and experience with the latest SMT assembly and soldering techniques.
Solder Technicians will assemble/solder various components onto electronic boards.
The successful Solder Technicians will be required to have IPC training or certification and experience with the latest SMT assembly and soldering techniques.

Required Qualifications :
• Must have a demonstrated understanding of Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) and the SMT assembly process.
• IPC solder training or certification
• 1+ year of SMT production experience
• Good hand-eye coordination attention to detail and be able to sit for long hours
• Punctual with great attendance
• Stable work history
• Ability to multi-task between projects.
• A self-starter who works independently with limited supervision.
Schedule:
1st Shift - 6:00 am to 3:30 pm Mon-Thurs, every other Friday 6:00am - 2:30
2nd shift - 3:15 pm to 12:45 am Mon-Thurs, every other Friday 2:15pm to 10:45pm
*second shift receive a 15% shift premium
